Fifteen years in, Newk’s continues to set itself apart with its commitment to the guest experience.

Founded in 1970 by Jim and Gwen Reeves, the Squire “is a well-known institution in its sphere, not only in Mississippi but really worldwide.”

“We’re going to stop sending people up and down the elevator… which is not a metaphor,” Hillman says of easing the process in dealing with the city.
