Congratulations to St. Luke Methodist Pastor Ricky James who has been ordained an elder in the United Methodist Church. Originally from Hattiesburg, Reverend James is a Millsaps and Duke University graduate. While in Jackson, he formerly served as associate pastor of Christ United Methodist Church. Additionally, Reverend James serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Ministry at Millsaps College and as a member of the Higher Education and Campus Ministries Committee of the Mississippi Annual Conference. He is married to Megan James, director of student activities and orientation at Millsaps.
